The Só MIL (Managers In Learning)

This programme has been developed to equip managers with the skills they need to be effective leaders in the future.

We take our students on a personal / professional learning journey teaching them the psychology around understanding themselves better, understanding what it takes to be a great leader, how to be a great people manager, how to be commercially astute, how to think creatively, how to problem solve and ultimately how-to run a successful hotel. Students work on a number of projects in tandem with workshops and practical learning.

The Só TMD (Trainee Management Development)
